A Portland hipster slacker comedy.

(Y'know. Before it went all mainstream.)

Fothing was a weekly webseries produced in the style of a half hour (22 minute) TV sitcom. It ran from October to December 2009.

Fothing follows a semi-fictional theatre company, Action/Adventure, as they produce their less-so-but-still-pretty-fictional stage show "Fall of the House." It was produced in beautiful Stumptown by Action/Adventure and Hey Look A Monster.

Wait, I'm confused. Is Action/Adventure a real theater company?

Sure is! If you don't know about A/A and "Fall of the House," get familiar. Action/Adventure is a not-for-profit performance collective most known for the runaway show "Fall of the House," but they've also participated in The Richard Foreman Festival, Fertile Ground, JAW, and put on a cross-media mashup event called "Inspired By" annually.
